Safety is our primary concern. With that in mind, Active Attractions reserves the right to cancel any reservation that, in the opinion of the Active Attractions representative, it deems a danger or jeopardises safety in any way.

Deposit Policy:

All residential rentals require a non-refundable $50 deposit and must be received within 7 days of booking. Commercial bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Payable within 7 days of booking to confirm date.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations other than weather related as described in the Weather Policy, must be made at least 3 days prior to your event or be subject to forfeiture of the reservation deposit. Deposits may be transferred to a date in the future, at the discretion of Active Attractions.

Delivery Policy:

Bookings in the greater Queenstown area is free. There will be a charge outside our base location.

Weather Policy:

In the event of bad weather you will be given the option to cancel two hours prior to the event and your deposit is transferable to a date in the future. Active Attractions reserve the right to cancel bookings concerning the following conditions; heavy rain, snow, high wind, muddy conditions.

It is strongly recommended that you reserve an alternate indoor location for your event (such as a church, school gym or community centre).

If you choose to have us come and we are unable to set up due to weather conditions (rain, snow, wind, mud) you will forfeit your deposit. Once any equipment is setup, the full rental price applies.
