Safety is our primary concern. With that in mind, Active Attractions reserves the right to cancel any reservation that, in the opinion of the Active Attractions representative, it deems a danger or jeopardises safety in any way.
Deposit Policy:
No deposits are required for bookings – Commercial bookings require invoice will require full payment and prices will be plus GST
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations other than weather related as described in the weather Policy, must be made before we leave for delivery
Delivery Policy:
Bookings in Queenstown and the surrounding suburbs are free. There will be a charge outside our base location.
Weather Policy:
In the event of bad weather you will be given the option to cancel on the morning of the event. Active Attractions reserve the right to cancel bookings concerning the following conditions; heavy rain, snow, high wind, muddy conditions.
It is strongly recommended that you reserve an alternate indoor location for your event (such as a church, school hall or community centre)
If you choose to proceed with the booking and we are unable to set up due to weather conditions (rain, snow, wind, mud) full payment will be expected
